Uniform Feeding and Centrifugal Material Distribution Process

The entire working cycle of a rolling mill starts with stable and uniform material feeding. A professional charger delivers raw materials evenly to the bottom of the grinding cavity, laying a foundation for consistent subsequent crushing. This feeding method avoids material accumulation and uneven grinding that often occur with ordinary small grinder machine and universal grinder.

Driven by a high-speed rotating turntable inside the mill, the fed materials are pushed outward by strong centrifugal force. They are evenly thrown toward the inner wall of the annular grinding ring, steadily entering the narrow rolling gap between grinding rollers and the grinding ring.

According to production scale, users can choose 200KG grinder for small-batch processing or 500KG grinder for large-scale industrial production. Both models follow the same multi-stage progressive grinding principle.

Closed-Loop Air Classification and Circulating Reprocessing

After multi-stage rolling and grinding, fine powder particles rise with the circulating airflow and enter the high-precision classification area. A high-speed turbine classifier in this zone serves as the core of particle size screening.

By adjusting the turbine rotating speed, the system controls centrifugal force precisely. Tiny fine particles are carried out by airflow and sent to the subsequent collection system to become qualified finished powder.

Coarse particles with larger mass and stronger centrifugal force are thrown to the outer wall of the classifier. They slide back to the bottom of the grinding cavity along the guide plate and re-enter the rolling area for repeated grinding.

This complete closed-loop circulation system ensures centralized finished particle size with no large particle impurities. The D97 particle size can be stably controlled between 5 and 30 microns, meeting strict industrial standards.

Matched with a dust collector grinder and Dust Grinder, the whole grinding and classification process runs in a fully closed negative pressure environment. It effectively prevents powder overflow and dust pollution.

The supporting Vacuum Mill system further improves sealing performance, avoiding impurity mixing during metal material grinding and ensuring high purity of chemical and medicinal powder products.

Even the material we didn’t do before, we will prepare the same material and to do the trail test and send video to you for your reference.
2) One Year guarantee of machine quality. If the machine have problem within one year, we will send you the spare parts to you for replacement, but this not including the damage caused by human causes. We also have 24 hours on line guide for customer, if you have operation difficulty, we will guide by video and on line communication with our engineer for your emergency debug.
3) For small machine, we sell with whole machine, it’s no need to install, and easy to operation, no problems for operation. While for large machine, its’s also not difficult to install with video guideline, but if you need, we can assign our technicians to go abroad, the round ticket, food and residents will be paid by customer.

HOW ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT TERM? 

Our payment term is T/T. 50% payment in advance, rest of 50% payment finish before the goods shipped. When we finish the machine production we will do trail test and run the machine take videos for your green light. You pay the rest of 50% payment then.
